Welcome

Bishopsgarth has a fine reputation for giving all children a first-class education and an excellent start in life. As a smaller school we know all our pupils, their strengths and how we can help them improve. Our pupils constantly achieve outstanding examination results. Excellent results are accessible to all pupils who join us. A School for the 21st Century

We have created a learning environment that engages and inspires our whole school community. First class work is displayed throughout the school to encourage everyone to learn from each other. The purposeful atmosphere makes every student feel comfortable and valued. As a Specialist College for Maths and Computing we are at the forefront of curriculum development in these key areas of learning - meaning greater opportunities for all our pupils. Caring for the Individual

Bishopsgarth is a school where every pupils gets individual attention. Learning Mentors provide personal guidance on college applications, employment opportunities and study skills. Open evenings are held throughout the year and parents are welcome at any time to discuss progress. We never forget the key to our success - parents and school working together for the good of the child.
